It's a new age these days and it's the age of being " high value." Social Media personalities, podcasters and more are giving their own standpoint of what being high value mean and is for a person. Especially, the men of this new era. While being "high value" is admired lets really get into what a high value man really is. 

Some say a high value man really commits to himself and others. Even down to the plans he makes on the weekends, he's serious and he commits. Men like this usually don't have a lot going on because he has a schedule that he has committed to, one partner that he probably married and has been with for years, a family in one household that he is taking care of because he is serious about life and has committed himself to what he is doing with his life. High value men are masculine men, with masculine energy, protective, stable, action- oriented and purposeful. High value men have a strong network of peers, himself and everyone around him is resourceful and are leaders. Usually, a high value man as a friend or partner will be able to put you in a better position. Most importantly, high value men dresses and groom himself impeccably. High value men have self-love and have an eye for style. He usually is a GQ or Esquire man and get his clothes tailored to fit his body perfectly.
